Mobbing is a serious social problem that has highly detrimental effects on the individual’s well-being and health and on the organisation’s work environment and finances. Discrimination on the grounds of nationality is the most prevalent among migrant workers who don’t share the same cultural background.
As mobbing is against the European values which promote equality, human dignity, human rights, unity & diversity, the Talk2Me project aims to raise awareness among managers, employees, and migrant workers on the mobbing phenomenon and offer them learning opportunities and tools that reinforce the health and wellbeing of employees and contribute to the welfare of the company
