The project partners participated in the first training activity of the Talk2me project in Bucharest with professionals from Germany, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Romania and Portugal.
In the 5 days of training, they focused attention on the forms of mobbing towards migrants in the workplace, discussing the different methodologies and approaches to be aware of this phenomenon, that is, know how to recognize it and give migrants the tools to report it and to no longer be victims of it. The participants also met with interest Ateliere Fara Frontiere (https://atelierefarafrontiere.ro/) and the operators of IOM Romania (https://romania.iom.int/ro), who talked about their activity with migrants arriving in Romania, particularly those fleeing from the war in Ukraine: what they need and how they are welcomed. There were also numerous interactive and knowledge activities to fully explore the training topics. Finally, they worked in groups on various communication campaign proposals aimed at migrants and beyond in order to recognize themselves as actors/victims of forms of mobbing; raise awareness of the phenomenon; transfer awareness and tools to manage mobbing and stimulate and promote change.
